Israel’s battle with Hamas is putting J Street, the new, peaceniky Jewish lobby, in a bit of a dilemma, as Politico reports. They say “Israel has a special place in our hearts,” but also that there “is nothing `right’ in punishing a million and a half already-suffering Gazans.”

Conservative Jews (read: AIPAC) are teeing off on the nascent lobby.
