Relatives of the Apache warrior Geronimo aren’t too happy on the 100th anniversary of his death. In fact, twenty of his descendants filed a federal lawsuit requesting the release of his spirit and remains from various places.

His relatives want a “true Apache burial” in his wilderness birthplace.

Among the notable names listed as defendants in the lawsuit are President Barack Obama and Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
