Sanford but upon this state and its citizens which rises to a level
which requires a formal admonishment and censure.” For his part, Sanford told reporters that he hadn’t been out of step with the conduct of other governors. Guess that’s why governors get high marks for honesty and ethical standards from only 15 percent of the American public.
