    Even Jesus said, “Be on the watch for false prophets that come to you in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. By their fruits you will recognize them. Never do people gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, do they? Likewise, every good tree produces fine fruit, but every rotten tree produces worthless fruit; a good tree cannot produce worthless fruit, neither can a rotten tree produce fine fruit. This article speaks volumes as it pertains to what Jesus said. A rotten tree has produced worthless fruit.

    We have to keep in mind that, when a person holds a position of power and has exercised his/her position for the common good, then falls into sin, that person, while still doing public good, must be admonished and corrected, so that he/she can stop sinning, repair the bad done and, hopefully, continue doing good and bringing benefit to society.

    The Church is not confused by this.

    The Church is very aware of the weakness in man to sin, but with Jesus, we can obtain mercy and forgiveness and repair the wrong we’ve done to others.
