New York's Cardinal Timothy Dolan, who will deliver the closing address at the GOP national convention this week, wants Obama and Romney to sign civility pledges.  He recommends the “Civility in America” pledge, authored by Carl Anderson, head of the Knights of Columbus, who is likely not a Democrat.
