I think you perfectly captured Tom’s message, Cathleen. I work with Tom and was with him last month when he spoke with Lanny at Catalyst West. I always LOVE when Tom speaks to groups that aren’t necessarily in complete alignment with his view on things. Heck, I work with Tom, grew up with him, and I’m not even in complete alignment with him. But his words, his message, his take on life, love and spirituality I find beautiful… no matter where you stand. Thanx honoring his voice… h

It was a pure delight interviewing Tom.I knew he would push the envelope for that crowd, but he did it with respect. He has become a great friend and I love how he honestly and humbly challenges all of us to do what Jesus talked about most. to love one another and to use our gifts to make a difference in the world. Tom lives his life to do what our other mutual friend has written about. “Love Does”. Tom and i spent a week with Bob Goff and other friends and experienced a week of seeing God’s love do some awesome things through the simplicity of loving relationships. We all have different thoughts about “theology” but it’s great to enjoy the wonder and variety of the people God drops into your life.
