    It would be SO much easier to just get rid of the pre-meeting prayer. No matter how you rotate there will likely be one person in the audience that feel excluded because the prayer at that meeting from from another faith. While the tradition argument is strong with many people, there are lots of traditions (some truly reprehensible) that have been done away with because they viewed as being racist or exclusionary.

    “No establishment” is meant to protect religion from government, not the other way around. It is not the government’s job to make you feel special. And if we’re really being true to the First Amendment and the framers’ intent, Congress can’t make any church (i.e. denomination) official.
