It is so comforting to know that James has the hope of being resurrected back to life on a cleansed earth to be reunited with his family and friends (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15), just as Jesus resurrected Lazarus from the dead when he was on earth (John 11:1-44). Even Lazarus eventually died again and has that hope as well.

James is presently sleeping in death and taking a “little nap” (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10) until the upcoming 1,000-yr. rule by Christ Jesus, King of God’s kingdom, or heavenly government (Revelation 29:4-6) during which time resurrections will take place.

We have so much to look forward to because of the intense love that God and his son, Jesus, have for mankind. 😀

    P.S. Revelation 20:4-6 instead of Revelation 29:4-6, a typo.
