Why is North Korea so afraid of freedom for its citizens? If their political regime is what they say it is, they should have a free, open society. The facts, of course, are quite the opposite.
A tightly controlled, oppressive regime is what North Korea has. How can they or anyone be happy or feel secure in such a country?

Their regime is a military dictatorship on its 3rd dynastic monarch. If they had oil we would be trying to form alliances with them. Like Saudi Arabia.

Remember when you talk of a kingdom in heaven, you are not talking about a fair and free democracy of souls in the afterlife. It is a dictatorship of God. A monarch you assume is good. Much like what North Koreans assume of their monarch. 🙂

  • @Sister,

“Why is North Korea so afraid of freedom for its citizens?”

Because freedom would destroy his rule.

It is exactly the same reason Jesus
won’t let you think for yourself. He needs emotional control to conquer your brain:

“Believe or be condemned” – JESUS (Mark 16:16)
“If you are not with me, you are against me” – JESUS (Luke 11:23)
“The good shepard lays down his life for his flock” – JESUS (John 10:11)

All Totalitarian regimes are religious, celebrating absolute truths and doctrines and enforcing iron-fisted authority.

“surrender to me as a little child” – JESUS (Matthew 18:2-4)

    Not a chance!
An infantile and irresponsible approach to life.
