In accordance with Jesus’ prophesy in Matthew 24:14 that “this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come,” all branches of the Church of God (restored Zion) in 175 countries have pledged to reveal the new covenant Passover to seven billion people in 2016.

Jesus, who said “I and the Father are one,” established God’s new covenant at the holy supper of the Passover on the night before He was crucified. Spiritually, the bread and wine of the Passover become the body and blood of Christ. The bread and wine are partaken once a year during the Passover ceremony at God’s appointed time in the Church of God, for the forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life. Tragically, God’s new covenant Passover was abolished in 325 AD by mere men at the Council of Nicaea, and truth was thrown to the ground.

More than 1,600 years passed in spiritual darkness until the light of truth dawned in 1948, according to the parable of the fig tree. After preaching the gospel of the kingdom of heaven for sixteen years, Second-Coming Christ reestablished the Church of God. He restored God’s holy Sabbath day on the seventh day (Saturday), and resumed celebrating the Passover of the new covenant. This was according to the prophesy that Christ would appear a second time to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. Coming as the Root of David, with the mission of Elijah, Christ not only brought back the Passover, but also revealed the glory of the new Jerusalem, who has been leading the world mission since 1985.

As the light of truth spreads to the whole world, millions of people are enduring persecution and coming out of spiritual Babylon, which are churches that teach man-made doctrines. They are streaming to Zion, the Church of God, where God dwells and salvation is given through the bread and wine of the Passover.

The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.” [Isaiah 60:22]
