NEW YORK CITY (RNS) The Donald is not known for his charity. Winners rarely are. But the candidate does have a foundation and The Literalist has exclusively learned that Trump shut it down earlier today.

The Donald J. Trump Foundation has worked in obscurity over the past decade on the candidates favorite causes: attacking religious minorities, denigrating women, and raising questions about President Barack Obama’s country of origin.

Trump’s bold move comes as his campaign ups its attacks on his rival’s foundation, which provides life-saving health care in developing countries and seeks to advance women’s rights globally. The Trump Foundation’s official statement:

PolitiFact rated Trump’s claim that his foundation is “bigger” than the Clinton Foundation as a “Pants on Fire” lie.

Sources tell The Literalist that the Trump Foundation will transition its remaining programs to like-minded groups such as the Ku Klux Klan, White Lives Matter, and Breitbart News.

(The real Trump Foundation is, of course, a complete scam.)
