Looking Back – After almost 20 years of distinctive coverage of religion on mainstream television, this will be the final episode of Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly. This week, Managing Editor Kim Lawton looks back at some of the many changes in the religious landscape that she has covered over the last two decades. Also, correspondent Lucky Severson recalls some of his memorable stories and interviews. University of Virginia Professor Vanessa Ochs reflects on some of the many religious practices and rituals the series has spotlighted. And on behalf of the program, longtime host Bob Abernethy says goodbye.
