Connect with the nation’s premier religion reporters at the 2017 RNA Annual Conference, Sept. 7–9 at the Renaissance hotel in downtown Nashville. Building on the highly regarded debut of our Power Networking Exhibitor Breakfast last year, we will once again offer two options for exhibiting. Whether you want to share your message both by addressing attendees in a formal setting and welcoming them to your booth, or by simply inviting them to your booth to speak individually, we have options that fit your style and your budget.
OPTION 1: POWER NETWORKING EXHIBITOR: Twelve exhibitors will receive three minutes of speaking time at our Power Networking Breakfast Friday morning. Additional benefits include optional breakfast handouts; a giveaway quest; your logo in our pocket program; your contact info in our event app; and a registration bag insert. Exhibit tables will be located in the foyer area outside the general session space. Exhibitors should set up Thursday afternoon in time for our Welcome Reception and Exhibitor Sneak Peek. Exhibits continue all day Friday and conclude at lunchtime on Saturday. Cost: $1,750
OPTION 2: BREAK ROOM EXHIBITORS: Traditional exhibitors will receive premium space in our refreshment break area, where attendees will refuel and network between general sessions. Benefits include a giveaway quest; your logo in our pocket program; your contact info in our event app; and a registration bag insert (new for 2017!). Exhibitors should set up Thursday afternoon in time for our Welcome Reception and Exhibitor Sneak Peek. Exhibits continue all day Friday and conclude at lunchtime on Saturday. Cost: $750
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: For nearly 70 years, RNA has gathered mainstream media religion reporters with leading experts to break down the hottest trends in faith and spirituality. Attendance averages 200–300 participants annually and typically includes reporters from a variety of media outlets, including The New York Times, NPR, Religion News Service, AP, CBS News, The Washington Post, Huffington Post and more.
Due to limited exhibitor space, pricing may increase closer to the event. Prices listed above will be honored for the first 20 paid exhibitors. Cancellations after April 30th will be refunded at 80 percent.
