(January 22, 2013—CINCINNATI, OH) Media expert Teresa Tomeo will be in Washington, D.C., this week for the 40th annual March for Life signing her latest book, Wrapped Up: God’s Ten Gifts for Women. The book signing will take place at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception beginning at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2013.

Wrapped Up ties in beautifully with the March for Life, as it combats the false messages of a society that objectifies and mistreats women while glorifying a culture of death,” Tomeo says. “Along with the March for Life, this book aims to give women a deeper understanding and appreciation of their inherent dignity and worth.”

Wrapped Up, which Tomeo coauthored with Cheryl Dickow, offers a healthy alternative to the false messages women hear today, while helping them unwrap their true feminine genius.

“Women everywhere and of all ages need to know how much they are loved by God and how they are made in his image and likeness,” Tomeo says. “As I say in Wrapped Up, just taking this one concept concerning God’s love to heart would make such a difference.”

Tomeo is the host of Catholic Connection and co-host of The Catholic View for Women, both on EWTN. She will be covering the March for Life as an EWTN radio and TV correspondent beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 25. She will also be doing a number of radio interviews about the March for Life and the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
