The Twible: FREE during Easter weekend

The Twible is free through Monday on the Kindle. Happy Easter, people! Please help spread the word, both about the sale and about that guy Jesus rising from the dead. There's that.

The Kindle version of The Twible: All the Chapters of the Bible in 140 Characters or Less . . . Now with 68% More Humor! is free this entire weekend.

You’re welcome. Happy Easter, friends.

If you’d like to know more about The Twible before plunking down your hard-earned $0.00, here’s a review that came out yesterday in The Portland Book Review and an interview I did about the book earlier this year with Fox News.

The Kindle version of the book doesn’t have the informational sidebars that help you understand more about the overall plot of the Bible, but it does have all the other stuff: cartoons, a quick overview of each book of the Bible, and of course the 1,189 tweets — one for each chapter of The Good Book.

I think this is the part of the promo where people say, “Sale ends Monday! Act now.” Enjoy the book and be sure to tell your friends about the special Kindle deal.

P.S. While I’ve hijacked the blog for self-promotional purposes, I should mention that I am preaching a Good Friday sermon tomorrow at 1:30 at the Church of the Redeemer on Erie Avenue in Cincinnati. The full “Liturgy of the Hours” observance lasts from 12 to 3 and features six guest preachers, including Jane Gerdsen and Troy Jackson.
