Rev. Amy Butler Profile – One of the nation’s most prominent Protestant congregations, The Riverside Church in Manhattan, will install its first female senior pastor, Rev. Amy Butler, on October 5. Kim Lawton talks with Butler about the new position and examines the challenges still facing many women who are taking on new leadership roles in mainline Protestantism.
