Local Haitians plunder a Samaritan’s Purse box truck carrying humanitarian supplies early Oct. 13, 2016. Samaritan’s Purse DART member Mark Langham decided to open the box truck for locals when emotions escalated at a roadblock. Langham said that getting the relief through at that time was not worth risking injuries to local Haitians or Samaritan’s Purse employees.
