(UNDATED) JDate, an online Jewish dating service, recently polled 300 members about their mothers. Following are excerpted results:

Bree Van De Kamp _ “Desperate Housewives” _ delusional mom: 7 percent

Q: What you don’t want to hear from your Jewish mother on Mother’s Day:

“You know who just got engaged?”: 30 percent

“Can you afford this?”: 24 percent

“Should you really be eating that?”: 20 percent

“I think you should meet him/her … he/she is really nice!”: 19 percent

“You got this for me again?”: 7 percent

Q: What is the perfect gift for your Jewish mother on Mother’s Day?

Finding yourself a match on JDate: 38 percent

A day of beauty: 20 percent

A piece of jewelry: 18 percent

Flowers and chocolate: 13 percent

Brunch at the country club: 11 percent
