The imam of the Islamic Society of Joplin scoops money out of a filing cabinet drawer on the site of what used to be the mosque. The Islamic community had donated more than $3,000 to give to charity, but most of the money was destroyed in the fire. The mosque was burned down Aug. 6, 2012.
