Less than 24 hours from Election Day, our resident religion & politics guru Mark Silk breaks down the religious layout of 12 battleground states – and explains why religion will matter on Tuesday. 

The National Journal reports that social conservatives will vote for Mitt Romney, but they aren't very excited about it.  FWIW, I've been hearing the same thing, and I wonder whether we'll see low evangelical turnout as a result. 

Can Glenn Beck bridge the divide between Romney & evangelicals? Cue the chalkboard. 


GOP VP nominee Paul Ryan appeared Sunday night on a conference call with social conservatives and said that “Judeo-Christian values” are at risk if Barack Obama is re-elected.
