Morgan Housel, a business writer (and persistent optimist) from Motley Fool, once wrote “Everything is amazing and nobody is happy.” Not all that surprising when we are bombarded hourly with news of war, hate, murder and mayhem. The beauty of the world God has provided can be difficult to appreciate at times. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22).
God wants us to have life and to have it abundantly. “My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” (NLT John 10:10)
