The Third Global Gathering of the Global Christian Forum (GCF), the world’s most diverse high-level Christian leadership grouping, will assemble in Bogota four a four-day meeting, beginning April 24.

It is the first GCF global gathering to take place on the South American continent and the first in a Spanish-speaking nation. About 250 people from all continents will be involved.

Participants cover every tradition of world Christianity: African Independent, Anglican, Catholic (Vatican), Evangelical, holiness churches, independent churches and mega-churches, Orthodox, Pentecostal, and Protestant churches.

The theme of the four-day conference will be, ‘Let mutual love continue’ (Heb 13:1)

Participation in the conference is based on a unique 50:50 ratio between leaders of ‘older’ churches (Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant) and those of ‘younger’ churches (Evangelical, Pentecostal, Independent).  Over 250 people will be present.

Participants include leadership of:

  • Pentecostal World Fellowship
  • Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity (Vatican),
  • World Council of Churches
  • World Evangelical Alliance
  • World churches bodies and international Christian organisations and NGOs.
