Background on Faith and Vaccine:
Faith-based organizations and religious communities play a crucial role in stopping the spread of COVID-19. As national, state and local leaders seek to address the twin barriers of equitable access to the vaccine and garnering trust within marginalized communities, faith leaders and organizations are essential partners.

Faith can inspire communities in ways that other efforts may not. Religious leaders are highly trusted and know their communities. Medical professionals within religious communities do important translation work between the needs and nuances of belief, medicine, and health.
