This meditation video series is free to view for all on YouTube.

The art and science of meditation has been handed down for thousands of years as a way to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. While there are many different types of meditation, kirtan meditation is easy, effective, and accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. Kirtan meditation is the singing or chanting of sacred mantras that cleanse the heart and mind, helping to awaken and cultivate our inherent wisdom and spiritual love.

In this new Kirtan Meditation series, each video will take the viewer on a beautiful scenic journey, as the rhythmic chanting of mantras help to relax the mind and relieve anxiety. These meditations can also help us be more present in the moment, allowing us to be more aware of our thoughts and feelings and how they affect us.
