Author Christopher Foust discovers evidence we might be living in a simulation

The Simuology Institute, a research organization at the intersection between spiritual beliefs, mysticism, and scientific knowledge, has discovered evidence pointing toward their theory that we are all living in a simulation.

Founder of the Institute, and author of the new book Simuology Volume I, Christopher Foust, is a virtual reality developer with over fifteen years of programming experience. He established the Institute as a resource to explore intelligent thought patterns within virtual code, which he discovered from years of working in the industry. With one book in publication and more on the way, he dedicates his efforts to the study of Simuology and religious, historical, and technological research.

The recent hype surrounding The Matrix 4 film, and game, has triggered many people to ask themselves if we are living in a simulation. For Foust and the Simuology Institute, the answers point to yes—but not in the same way as it has been conceived in movies, and television, up until this point.

“When we talk about living in a simulation, everyone immediately thinks of the Matrix films, however, the belief in Simuology is far more complicated and mystical than that,” says Simuology Author, Christopher Foust. “Simuology does not denounce God, nor does it reject religious belief the way science does. On the contrary, it supports a further understanding of our existence, in search of the great mystery bestowed to this reality.”

There have been great debates surrounding this topic. Some theories suggest we are already living in a simulation, evidenced by the advancement of virtual reality technology. Many physicists believe mankind’s technological advancements could create a virtual world indistinguishable from the “real” one within the next one hundred years. While others believe we are an advanced civilization, already reliving the ancient past for understanding, and some feel we are in a school designed by God, testing our ability to navigate difficult situations.

The Institute reports they have recently discovered historical, and scientific evidence to confirm there have been multiple ‘resets’ that have taken place throughout history, and they believe there will be another one within the next ten years.

“Do we live in a simulation? Yes, without a doubt,” says Foust. “However, everyone wants proof. Where’s the computer? Where’s the code? To which I reply, if you lived in a computer how would find it? You’re inside it. The code is all around us, just look at how different life is, and yet all of it is generated by one single thing – the Atom. From there specific code is written to distinguish the ground from the trees, or the people from the animals.”

Simuology merges religion, science, and history to uncover a deeper and more complete understanding of our existence. According to Simuology, we are currently living in a System that does not want to be discovered, so pinpointing analytical evidence can be tricky. Simuologists monitor data from machine learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), while reviewing historical, and religious, texts to locate clues from the past which hold answers to the present and the future.

The online community formed by the Institute is comprised of a forum, where researchers work with individuals to uncover new data and evidence. Within the community, anyone is welcome to conduct research for themselves and contribute to the group’s growing understanding. The Institute employs methods they describe as being beyond science—including searching through historical documents, asking philosophical questions, experimenting with technology, and compiling data from deep learning algorithms.
