Media Alert: Upcoming ‘Unification Church’ mass wedding satellite ceremony in Las Vegas

What: Holy Marriage Blessing Ceremony

Who: Approximately 50 Unificationist couples from around the United States are scheduled to attend this satellite ceremony for those unable to attend the main ceremony happening simultaneously in South Korea. Several couples attending have agreed to be interviewed at the ceremony location either the day before or on the day.

Why: As the main sacrament for Unificationists, the Holy Marriage Blessing Ceremony is for Unificationist couples to dedicate their marriage to God and each other as a couple. Couples simultaneously make their vows alongside other couples. This ceremony is not just for the couples themselves, but also a sacrament with their community.

Who should attend: Only attending couples and their family and guests will be admitted. Press wishing to cover the event must confirm prior to the ceremony so proper credentials can be prepared.

When: May 6, 2023 at 4:30pm

Where: International Peace Education Center, Las Vegas, NV
