OCP releases new music video from Iván Díaz and Fr. Rob Galea: “Jesucristo, Te Seguiremos/Jesus Christ, You Alone We Will Follow”

PORTLAND, Ore. — OCP is proud to announce the release of the new music video for the bilingual single, “Jesucristo, Te Seguiremos/Jesus Christ, You Alone We Will Follow,” by popular Catholic artist Iván Díaz and Fr. Rob Galea. You can now watch the music video here.

The pair previously collaborated on the popular song from World Youth Day Panamá 2019: “Aquí Estoy.” Their new music video for “Jesucristo Te Seguiremos/Jesus Christ, You Alone We Will Follow,” was inspired by Jesus’ invitation to take up our cross and follow him. Iván Díaz and Fr. Rob Galea exhort us to leave all we have and seek Christ among the poor and forgotten, courageously proclaiming his kingdom of justice and peace, in this dynamic and energizing music video.

“May this video and song fortify the missionary spirit in your communities and inspire them to follow the Lord more faithfully,” says Iván.

A Colombian musician, producer and presenter, Iván has developed a prolific musical career in the United States. He has performed and presented at diocesan events, conventions, concerts, as well as on television networks such as EWTN and Shalom World TV. He has also served as the choral director of NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference) and as a consultant with the USCCB and NFCYM. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in music and a Masters in choral conducting.

Fr. Rob Galea is an ordained Catholic priest from Malta currently serving in the Sandhurst Diocese of Victoria, Australia. He performs and presents at conferences and churches around Australia and the world. Along with being an acclaimed author, singer and songwriter, he is the founder and executive director of the non-profit FRG Ministry.
