Dr. Dick Daniels Releases a Nationally Awarded Leadership Series in The Leadership Development Group Library

Leadership expert, executive coach, and nationally awarded author Dick Daniels announces the nationally awarded collection in the four-book leadership series designed to strengthen organizational culture, leadership capacity, and professional growth at every level of leadership.

The collection includes:

  • The 365 Day Leader: Recalibrate Your Calling Every Day
  • Hardwiring New Leadership Habits: Does Development Develop?
  • Leadership Briefs: Shaping Organizational Culture to Stretch Leadership Capacity
  • Leadership Core: Character, Competence, Capacity

Together, the writing provides a practical framework for leaders seeking to build stronger teams, develop healthier organizational cultures, and expand leadership effectiveness in rapidly changing environments. Each book includes an applicable format of how to use the material in the book to focus on the development of each member of your team.

Dr. Daniels is President of The Leadership Development Group and serves as a Certified Master Coach for corporate executives. Since founding the organization in 2008, Daniels has completed more than 130 executive coaching engagements ranging from six to eighteen months in duration across a wide range of industries and organizational contexts.

In addition to executive coaching, Daniels has facilitated leadership offsites, executive roundtables, and organizational development experiences for more than 2,200 leaders, investing over 1,600 hours in group facilitation and leadership training.

Daniels is also the designer of the organization’s Game Plan for C-Suite Succession Planning, a strategic framework helping boards, executive teams, and organizations navigate critical leadership transitions for long-term succession readiness.

“Leadership development is not a one-time event,” Daniels said. “Leadership is a learned competency. Healthy organizations intentionally create cultures where leaders continue learning, growing, and strengthening their influence in order to lead at higher levels of organizational complexity.”

Beyond his professional career in executive leadership as CEO and now coaching other senior leaders, Daniels remains deeply committed to serving young people through volunteer leadership initiatives. He serves with Young Life in Naples, Florida, assisting with the Capernaum Club for students with special needs. He also volunteers each summer on Work Crew for Young Life’s high school camps in Sweden and Norway.

The Leadership Development Group Library is available through major online booksellers in multiple formats: hardcover, paperback, Kindle, and Audible. For more information, visit The Leadership Development Group
