Patricia Schulte-Singleton, 53, never gave up the fight to save her church, St. Patrick, in Cleveland's West Park. Schulte-Singleton has been a parishioner at St. Patrick since 1990. St. Patrick is one of the 12 churches Bishop Lennon ordered closed and is now reopening. Schulte-Singleton, president of a group called Endangered Catholics, was at the vanguard of a grassroots fight to reopen the churches.
