The Supreme Court today struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, which prohibited same-sex couples from receiving federal benefits. The Court also declined to decide to rule on the constitutionality of Proposition 8 in California, leaving in place a lower court’s ruling against the measure.

We’re covering reaction from religious leaders and the unaffiliated and gathering their tweets.
