A word about our website redesign

(RNS) — New look. Same commitment to balanced, meaningful reporting.
A word about our website redesign

Dear RNS reader:

As you may have noticed, we’ve unveiled a new, refreshed look to our website. The redesign is a reflection of our constant wish to improve your experience of reading, enjoying and sharing the news and opinions we bring you on the most essential topics in our world.

The redesign also comes as part of our celebration of RNS’ 90th anniversary. Since 1934, when it was founded to foster understanding of all religions, RNS has remained dedicated to that mission. We believe objective coverage of faith and religious institutions helps to safeguard the freedoms that are the highest values of a pluralistic society. We renew that mission every day, and our website redesign and new logo are small reminders that we are constantly striving to grow and improve.

We hope you like the changes. What has not changed is our commitment to balanced, meaningful reporting and writing, which remains steadfast. In an era when impartiality is still expected by discerning readers, we are proud to continue our mission of illuminating faith and informing the world. Thank you for being part of our journey.

No paywalls here. Thanks to you.
As an independent nonprofit, RNS believes everyone should have access to coverage of religion that is fair, thoughtful and inclusive. That's why you will never hit a paywall on our site; you can read all the stories and columns you want, free of charge (and we hope you read a lot of them!)

But, of course, producing this journalism carries a high cost, to support the reporters, editors, columnists, and the behind-the-scenes staff that keep this site up and running. That's why we ask that if you can, you consider becoming one of our donors. Any amount helps, and because we're a nonprofit, all of it goes to support our mission: To produce thoughtful, factual coverage of religion that helps you better understand the world. Thank you for reading and supporting RNS.
