They call the Washington National Cathedral a “house of prayer for all people,” but this past weekend it became a house of prayer for all kinds of trippy patterns and colors. Say what you will about its artistic merit, but you’ve got to hand it to someone who can make a building that big look like a tie-dyed T-shirt from Ben & Jerry’s.
