As evangelist Billy Graham celebrates his 90th birthday Friday, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is preparing for a recently announced “Billy Graham Heritage Tour.”

On certain dates in 2009, the tour will feature the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C., and the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove in Asheville, N.C., two ministries of the BGEA.

The center is the location of evangelistic training by the association. Participants in the two-day tour will stay in one of the inns at The Cove, which are usually only open to those attending conferences at the center.

“Each week motorcoach tours visit the library and now these guests will have a chance to go beyond the library and see how Mr. Graham’s ministry has reached the world through a special place in a unique part of the country that Mr. Graham calls home,” said Scott Holmquist, executive director at The Cove, in a recent announcement from the BGEA.
