Every cleric/religious who abuses his/her position to have illicit sex with anyone, have broken their vows, and had contempt for YHWH and neighbor. While they must sincerely repent and receive forgiveness, for certain crimes, they must also answer to the civil authorities.
They need to be arrested, tried, convicted, found guilty and serve a prison sentence.

  • “GOD WEEPS” ?

    No.
If God exists, he watches rapes as they happen and he does nothing to stop them. There is no record in all of history where any god of any kind interceded to stop a rape of any kind.

When we grow up we realize there is no god up there. Things happen exactly as they would as if there is no god at all.
